The Marketing Manager will be responsible for overseeing the company’s Marketing and E-shop departments. This includes managing promotional strategies, supervising digital platforms, and ensuring brand consistency across all communication channels and the retail network. The role involves collaboration with internal teams and external partners to effectively implement the company’s marketing objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement the annual marketing plan aligned with company goals and brand identity.
• Lead the Marketing and E-shop teams, ensuring smooth daily operations and clear direction.
• Manage digital marketing channels, including social media, website content, Google Ads, and email campaigns.
•  Plan and execute targeted marketing campaigns that drive customer engagement and business results.
• Monitor campaign performance and budgets, using insights to refine strategies.
•  Collaborate with the Visual Merchandiser and Graphic Designer to ensure consistent and effective brand presence.
• Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and promotional activities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
• 5+ years of proven experience in a marketing management role.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Ads, social media, email marketing).
• Fluency in Greek and English (written and spoken).
