Job Title: Junior Marketing Coordinator

Location: Larnaca

Role Overview:

We’re looking for a creative and driven Junior Marketing Coordinator to join our dynamic team and help shape the McDonald’s Cyprus brand experience. This role goes beyond campaigns and content. It’s about storytelling, purpose, and making a meaningful impact.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and assist the Marketing Team in the development and execution of Marketing Campaigns across digital, social and traditional media.
• Coordinate project timelines, creative assets, and approvals to ensure on-time, on-brand delivery.
• Work with vendors & agencies to manage promotional materials and activations.
• Coordinate all forms of customers’ communication both internal and external.

What You’ll Bring:

• We’re looking for someone who brings more than just skills — we want passion, personality, and purpose.
• Here’s what will make you shine in this role:
• A university degree in Marketing, Communications or related field.
• 1-3 years of marketing or project coordination experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Team player, positive attitude and self-driven professional.
• Fluent in both Greek and English
• A genuine enthusiasm for the McDonald’s brand and its customers.
