Digital Marketing Officer

Cyprus Airways is seeking a data-savvy Digital Marketing Officer to join our dynamic marketing team and help us elevate our digital footprint. In this role, you’ll focus on analyzing website performance, optimizing digital campaigns, and driving lead generation through platforms like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Meta. Main Duties and Responsibilities:

• Performance Analytics: Leverage Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager to monitor website traffic, user behavior, and campaign performance, providing insights that will shape our digital marketing strategy.
• Lead Generation Campaigns: Contribute to impactful lead generation efforts on Meta platforms (Facebook, Instagram) and ensure our campaigns engage and attract the right audiences.
• Campaign Optimization: Analyze and track digital ad performance, working to optimize conversion rates and enhance the overall effectiveness of our digital campaigns.
• Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to align website content with broader campaign objectives, ensuring cohesive brand messaging across all touchpoints.
• Continuous Improvement: Stay informed on digital marketing best practices and emerging trends in analytics, bringing fresh ideas to optimize and elevate our digital presence.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Google Analytics certification, with practical knowledge of Google Tag Manager.
• Familiarity with Meta advertising platforms (Facebook, Instagram) and lead generation strategies.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and enthusiasm for data-driven marketing.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Ability to work on-site at our Larnaca office.
• Strong team working ability
• EU citizenship is a must
