We’re looking for a Customer Experience (CX) Manager to lead our customer-focused initiatives, ensuring every interaction reflects our commitment to quality, care, and innovation.

Location: Nicosia – Head Office

Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities:

• Provide guidance and training to in-store teams and the Customer Service department.
• Manage and resolve customer issues and complaints with empathy and efficiency.
• Collect and analyze customer feedback to enhance the overall experience.
• Develop and deliver CX training programs to promote a customer-centric culture.
• Review and update company policies to enhance the overall experience.
• Track and analyze CX performance metrics such as NPS, providing actionable insights to leadership.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in Customer Experience, CRM, or Customer Service Management, ideally in retail or hospitality
• Strong knowledge of CRM systems and loyalty programs
• Excellent data analysis, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills
• A customer-first mindset with the ability to inspire others
• Fluency in Greek and English
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is considered an asset.
